1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the services offered through this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: the digital environment, application or system made available by the service provider.
• User: the individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• Content: text, images, files, data and other information entered, uploaded or generated on the Platform.
• Services: the features and resources made available through the Platform.

3. Registration and Account

Access to certain features may require prior registration. The user is responsible for providing accurate information, keeping their details up to date and preserving the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Sharing passwords, transferring the account to unauthorised third parties or using false identities is prohibited.

4. Use of the Platform

The user undertakes to use the Platform lawfully, in accordance with applicable law and with these Terms. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights;
• Attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with the operation of the system, or reverse engineering it;
• Transmitting viruses, malware or any malicious code;
• Collecting other users’ data without authorisation;
• Reproducing, copying or commercially exploiting the Platform without express permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its brand, layout, code, documentation and other elements are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms grants the user intellectual property rights over the Platform.

Content entered by the user remains their property, with the user granting the service provider the licence needed to operate, store and display that data solely to deliver the Services.

6. Service Availability

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the Platform available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, connectivity problems or force majeure events.

7. Plans, Payments and Cancellation

Paid services, where applicable, are subject to the commercial terms in force at the time of contracting. Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension or limitation of access.

The user may request cancellation in accordance with the rules stated on the Platform or in a specific contract.

8. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for users who breach these Terms or applicable law, or who pose a risk to the security of the Platform, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses arising from improper use of the Platform, from third-party actions or from temporary unavailability.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms for all purposes.

11. Changes

These Terms may be changed at any time. The updated version is published on the Platform with its effective date. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the contracting user’s domicile are elected as the venue, save where specific legal jurisdiction applies.

The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining ones.
