White-label VMS for integrators

A white-label VMS lets an integrator deliver video surveillance under their own brand: the end customer reaches a platform carrying the integrator name, domain, logos and colours — not the technology vendor’s. At Xeqmate, white-label covers everything from the login screen to the terms of use, inside the same VMS SaaS subscription.

What is a white-label VMS?

A white-label VMS is a video management platform the integrator resells under their own visual identity. The vendor keeps the technology running — servers, recording, artificial intelligence, mobile apps — and the integrator applies their brand: platform name, domain, logos, colours and contacts. To the end customer, the service belongs to the integrator, end to end.

The model solves a familiar dilemma for anyone reselling monitoring: building your own software is expensive and slow, while reselling someone else’s branded platform weakens your relationship with the customer. With a white-label VMS, the integrator delivers a monitoring platform under their own brand without developing anything — and keeps the customer attached to their company, not the vendor’s. How that turns into recurring revenue is detailed on the VMS for security integrators page.

Customisation

What you can customise at Xeqmate

Everything is configured by the integrator administrator under Administration › Appearance — no support ticket, no development.

Your own name and domain

Your platform name appears in page titles and in communications. The domain is yours — portal.yourcompany.com, for example — with DNS instructions provided right on the configuration screen.

Logos and favicon

Upload the menu logo (500 × 118 px), the login page logo (340 × 60 px) and the favicon (512 × 512 px), with reference dimensions so nothing gets cropped or stretched.

Menu colours

A colour picker for the menu background and text — the interface follows your company visual identity across every screen.

Support and sales contacts

The support and sales phone and email shown to users are yours, with an "is WhatsApp" flag on each number. Whoever needs help talks to your team.

App stores and social networks

Configurable Google Play and App Store URLs, plus the Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles shown in the platform.

Watermark and legal terms

Your own watermark (125 × 70 px) overlaid on images and video, with a configurable position. Terms of use and privacy policy with your title and your wording, accepted by users inside the platform.

Behind the brand

Multi-tenancy: the structure that holds white-label up

Your own brand only works if the account management behind it is solid. Xeqmate white-label comes with complete multi-tenant administration.

Accounts and per-account modules

The administrator registers each account and picks which modules it gets — LPR for one, facial and front desk for another. Every camera belongs to an account, and camera groups define who sees what.

Users, roles and permissions

Each user reaches only the sites, cameras and modules released to them, with per-feature permission roles, two-factor authentication (2FA) and a complete activity audit trail.

Integrator billing

Real-time cycle usage, a closing forecast, the contractual minimum, invoices with a per-account statement and an Excel export of the estimate — the foundation for pricing the service under your brand.

API and webhooks

The documented external API (cameras, recordings, plate and face reads, users) and the alert webhooks let you wire the white-label platform into your own systems. See also the available integrations.

End to end

The whole operation under your brand

From the first login to accepting the terms of use, the end customer only ever meets the integrator brand:

  • Login on your domain, with your logo on the sign-in screen and your favicon in the browser tab.
  • An interface in your colours, with your platform name in page titles and in communications.
  • Support and sales on your contacts — the phone, email and WhatsApp shown belong to your team.
  • Images and video carrying your watermark, in the position you choose — including everything users export.
  • Your own terms of use and privacy policy, written by you and accepted by users inside the platform.

Appearance changes apply to every user and every account the integrator serves. And because white-label is part of the platform, it works identically in both infrastructure models — cloud or on-premise. Before choosing a vendor, it is worth comparing how each platform handles this: we gathered the criteria in how to choose a VMS.

FAQ

Questions about white-label VMS

No. With white-label configured, the end customer sees the integrator name, domain, logos, colours, contacts, watermark and legal terms. The commercial and support relationship is between the customer and your company.

Yes. The Appearance screen gives you the DNS instructions to point your address — portal.yourcompany.com, for example — at the platform. Users sign in on your domain, not on a Xeqmate address.

Customisation covers the app store links (Google Play and App Store) shown to users and the whole identity inside the platform — name, logos, colours, contacts and watermark. Talk to our team to work through the mobile app scenario for your operation.

The integrator administrator, under Administration › Appearance, across two tabs: Customisation (name, domain, contacts, apps, colours, social networks and images) and Terms (terms of use and privacy policy). No development involved.

Yes. Appearance changes apply to every user and every account the integrator serves. That is why we recommend reviewing the settings before saving.

Yes. Under the Terms tab, the integrator edits the title and content of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy that users read and accept in the platform.

No. White-label is an identity layer over the same platform: IP cameras, DVRs and NVRs of any brand come in over RTSP, RTMP or P2P, with no hardware swap.
